Your previous work experience is not as important as your attitude. However, we do require that our adjusters have an adjusting license from their resident state. But more importantly - from the state of Texas. A Texas adjuster's license is reciprocal in all other states, so when you are deployed to a storm, it will be much easier for you to get a temporary license to begin working immediately.
